Refund policy

Thank you for choosing The Podcast Office for your recording needs. We appreciate your business and look forward to supporting your creative endeavors. To ensure a smooth and beneficial relationship, please familiarize yourself with our Return and Rescheduling Policy below.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

1. No Refunds: We uphold a strict no-refund policy for all booked studio time. Once a reservation is confirmed, your booking fee is non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling: While we do not offer refunds, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Therefore, we allow clients to reschedule their booking under the following conditions:

   • Notification of the desire to reschedule must be provided at least 8 Hours before the original booking time.
   • Rescheduled bookings must be within 3 Weeks of the original reservation and are subject to availability.
   • Only one rescheduling opportunity will be provided per booking. Additional rescheduling requests will not be entertained.

No-Show Policy:

• If you fail to show up for your scheduled time without prior notification as per the guidelines stated above, you forfeit your booking fee and are not entitled to reschedule.

Late Arrivals:

• Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to maximize their booked studio hours. Late arrivals will not be compensated with extra time.
• If you are running late, please notify the studio at your earliest convenience.

Equipment and Facilities:

• Any damage to the studio equipment or facilities caused during your booking period will be billed to you. We encourage you to treat our space and tools with respect and care.
• Familiarize yourself with the equipment and facilities during the first minutes of your booking. Any issues or malfunctions must be reported immediately to avoid being held responsible.
