Welcome to The Podcast Office,

Thank you for choosing The Podcast Office for your podcasting and content creation needs. Our state-of-the-art studios in Dubai are designed to cater to all your recording requirements. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to read and adhere to the following terms of service (ToS). By booking and using our facilities, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings must be made in advance through our official channels and are subject to availability.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

2. Cancellation and Postponement Policy

  • Once booked, sessions cannot be canceled. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. As such, we offer the flexibility to postpone your session to a later date, subject to availability.

  • To postpone a session, please contact us at least 6 hours before your scheduled booking.

3. Studio Use

  • Our studios are designed for podcasting and content creation purposes. Any other use must be agreed upon in writing prior to your booking.

  • No alcohol is permitted inside the studios at any time.

  • Clients are responsible for the behavior and conduct of all persons accompanying them during their booking.

4. Overtime

  • Booked sessions must adhere to the agreed-upon times. If your session exceeds the scheduled end time, you may be charged an additional fee of up to 500 AED, subject to studio availability.

  • Additional studio time is not guaranteed and is subject to subsequent bookings.

5. Lateness

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not result in extended session times, and no refunds or adjustments will be made for time lost.

6. Equipment and Damage

  • A list of available equipment will be provided, and any specific requests must be made in advance.

  • Clients will be held responsible for any damage to the studio or its equipment during their booking period.

7. Liability

  • The Podcast Office is not responsible for personal items left in the studio premises.

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Podcast Office from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the studio.

8. Changes to Terms

  • The Podcast Office reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

9. Edit Schedule, Additional Charges, and Package Validity

  • Please note that all editing work will be carried out on working days. Any edits may be subject to delays if they coincide with public holidays or non-working days as observed by The Podcast Office.

  • The initial fee covers up to three (3) edits for either the full movie or individual clips. Any requests beyond these three edits will incur additional charges.

  • Exceptions to this policy may be granted at the discretion of The Podcast Office team on a case-by-case basis.

  • Bulk session packages are valid for a maximum period of five (5) months from the date of purchase. Extensions beyond this period may only be granted in extreme cases and solely at the discretion of The Podcast Office management.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
